Cookie Policy

Effective date: 24 September 2026 · Last updated: 24 September 2026

Finogadget is operated by BIZZER LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America, with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Hwy, Lewes, DE 19958-3608, United States ("Finogadget", "we", "us", "our"). You can contact us at info@finogadget.com. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on finogadget.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and accepting non-essential cookies through our cookie banner, you consent to their use as described below; you can change your choices at any time.

This document is organised in two parts. Part 1 sets out the terms that apply to our cash-on-delivery (COD) and other sales to customers located in the European Union / European Economic Area ("EU/EEA"), which is our primary market (currently Spain, Portugal, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia). Part 2 sets out how we, as a company established in the United States of America (Delaware), comply with United States federal and state law, and the terms that apply to customers located outside the EU/EEA. Where both parts could apply to you, the more specific and more protective provisions of Part 1 prevail for EU/EEA consumers; nothing in Part 2 reduces the rights granted to you in Part 1.

Part 1 — European Union / EEA visitors

1.1 What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the site. "Similar technologies" include pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits (SDKs) that perform comparable functions.

1.2 Why we use cookies

We use cookies to make our website work, to keep it secure, to remember your settings, to understand how visitors use the site, and to deliver and measure advertising, including through Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Some cookies are essential; others are used only with your consent.

1.3 Your consent

When you first visit our site, our cookie banner (consent-management tool) lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, or set your preferences by category, before any non-essential cookie is set — in line with the GDPR and Google's EU User Consent Policy. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the site cannot function without them. We keep a record of your consent choices and you can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link on our website or by clearing cookies in your browser.

1.4 Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the website to function — for example, to manage your shopping basket, secure the site, and remember items during checkout. These are always active.

Functional / preference cookies

Remember choices you make, such as language or region, to give you a more personalised experience. Set only with your consent where required.

Analytics / performance cookies

Help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are visited and how long people stay), so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.

Marketing / advertising cookies

Used to deliver advertising relevant to you and to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns, including on platforms such as Google and Meta. Set only with your consent.

1.5 Cookies we use

The table below lists the main cookies and technologies we use. This is representative; the exact set may vary and should be reconciled with a live cookie scan of the website:

1.6 Third-party cookies and Google's role

Some cookies are set by third parties, such as Google and Meta, when their services are embedded in our site (for example analytics and advertising tags). These providers act as independent controllers of the data they collect and process it in accordance with their own privacy policies; you can find out more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. These providers may transfer data outside the EU/EEA under appropriate safeguards. We recommend reviewing the privacy and cookie policies of these providers.

1.7 How to manage cookies

1.8 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still control cookies as described above.

Part 2 — United States compliance and other visitors

BIZZER LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America. United States law does not impose a general prior-consent requirement for cookies equivalent to the EU ePrivacy rules; however, information collected through cookies and similar technologies may be "personal information" or "personal data" under the privacy laws of the individual States, and we handle it as described in Part 2 of our Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of advertising and analytics cookies — including any use of them that may be considered a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under State law — at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request for the browser that sends them. Our website does not respond to other "Do Not Track" browser signals, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted.

If you are located outside the EU/EEA, we still operate the same cookie banner and categories described in Part 1 as a matter of best practice, and you can manage your preferences and exercise your rights in the same way described above and in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the law. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised.
